Which tbh is fair - and he wont cost us anything in transfer fee's meaning we can still splash the cash on a new midfielder and defender

Ups and Downs There's just something that doesn't seem quite right about this.
Anyone else think its a bit of a coincidence that we get in new Russian owners and then the first player we spend money on is Russian and all the reports around it state that we are smashing our usual Prem transfer policy for a player that no one thinks is all that great?
Is this really Brian's signing? Or is Anton getting involved in transfers already?
Now it's not for me to be starting rumours but we could be agreeing to pay Pavel £65k a week, on the agreement that he wires £30k straight back into a Cayman Island bank account belonging to a chap with the initials BZ. If that's true then this board will go into a bigmike style meltdown. You heard it here first.

gazzer, loyal royal speaking to my source the other day about the Sanchez signing, the club will not be giving players massive wages. The club are still thinking about relegation scenario and the need to have a low wage to get them off the wage bill
it'll be lower wages and a bigger signing on fee, the stoke way
absolutely no way he'll be on 65k a week, absolutely no way

For that to be possible there'd need to be someone around at the club who specialised in setting up secret bank accounts in tax-free jurisdictions and in keeping financial transactions out of the sight of the relevant authorities.

Is the Sanchez signing likely to happen?

GetReading understands former VfB Stuttgart forward Pogrebnyak has turned down a three-year, £50,000-a-week contract to stay at Craven Cottage, where he score six goals in 12 games for the West London outfit having joined on a short-term deal from the German Bundesliga in January.
