TheLawnMowerMan If only BigMike had predicted a MeLOLtdown on Twitter.
He might have had a small amount of credibility left.

Just off to consult my Mayan calendar and copies of Nostradamus for next weeks ITK transfer news.

Keep laughing we will see who has the last laugh when the transfer happens..

Er, you won't because you told us f/ck all.

My f/cking gran knows we are going to sign somebody this summer, and she thinks pausing Corrie on Sky+ makes the nation wait for her to finish her piss and hit play again.

Pepe the Horseman Dunno if mans are just trying to wind bigmike up, but to be fair to the fat lad, he called the TSI deal, to the day, and said we were in talks with Gylfi when it looked like he had all but completed his move to Swans. I trust ya, big man.

Why does anyone still listen to this chump? The joke wore thin a long time ago.

"Reading might sign somebody but I can't say who"

Yep, me too mate, same here.

Er, he said we were in talks with a player who would cause the board to explode.

Talks can go anywhere and he can claim any player signed was the fuse, so sign or not, Gylfi or Bramble, he's 'right'.

"I'm getting a J.... John? Is there a John in the audience? Does anyone know a John? You do? Your Dad? And you are....? Mary - yeah! Mary! John says hi Mary!"

Applause.

He said we were in talks with Gylfi. Everyone laughed in his chubby face. A couple of weeks later, we're in talks with Gylfi.

Given that world beating stars are beyond us the only player that would cause a meltdown is Gylfi.

P.185 of the now locked TSI thread on the team board. BigMike said on 30th May that a deal was being worked on for Gylfi Sigurdsson and now it would appear talks are ongoing.....

I could of told you that,

He said on the 28th at 11.20 that the takeover would happen tomorrow, then two hours later it was "happen later that week". The amount of people guessing when it would happen any of them could of got it right. Say anything in an authoritative tone and idiots will believe you.

If Mike genuinely does know something then if he wants any kudos points he needs to be quite clear about what he knows, and not give the excuse that his source will get in trouble. Does this mean his source is already on HNA? Why wouldn't he/she post a tit bit to claim glory for themselves or maybe they don't read HNA. Rumours are rife already so one more won't hurt and im presuming this rumour is already in the press so no harm done anyway!

He said it when Gylfi had all but signed for Swansea. He either knew something, or get very fcuking lucky.

Agreed with everyone backing up Bigmike here. He's all but said it was Gylfi for weeks now. At the initial mention of it, it seemed highly unlikely - now it seems more likely than ever. Ignore the others bigmike - I'm with you!

Don't really understand Mike, lazy journalists could work out we would speak to Glyfi now we have money.

I don't think anyone expects full details but you have been playing the mysterious card. If you have faith in this I would want a post to prove my point if and when it happens.

Im not even sure what I hope you're right about, is it that we would talk to Gylfi?

I know no one ITK and i said we would bid for Gylfi and match what Swansea offer. You can't say you're ITK just that you're stating the bleeding obvious! Everyone knows he's our no.1 target since we won promotion.
