If I was confident a total stranger from the internet would pay up £50,000, I'd go for that on the terms of Adkins not being Southampton manager by Kick off at Loftus Road on Sunday as I'd say that's no more than a 50/1 shot.

Having said that, I got a text this morning from someone who isn't an idiot, stating that Southampton will sack Adkins and appoint Shearer before the w/e. That would bugger the bet but would take care of one relegation spot.

Noting that Shumpton do not play until Monday, I just got 16/1 odds so put £20 on BMD with 'PP' and you get a free bet for an equivalent so had 2/1 on Mark Hughes also.

So thats a £340 return if Brian goes and £30 if Mark Hughes goes.

Fingers crossed for one of the teams to enjoy a big scoreline on Saturday.

Good odds for Brian, but I still think someone else will go before him. I think Adkins will be the first to go. Southampton have money and will not put up for it, and he looks so out of his depth, it;s painful.
