Good move all round i think.
For Palace, good experienced manager that nearly alwyas has an immediate effect. Should do well with the young players
For Holloway, club going well and a fresh new challenge
For Blackpool think he's going stale there, seems to be one of them managers whose way of doing things will only work for so long.

Surprised he's interested though given that he has (IMO) a far superior squad at Blackpool, and Palace aren't exactly swimming with cash right now.

He turned Newcastle down because he didn't want to move op north. The idea of him going to Blackpool is mental. Never in a million years.
He'll be the new QPR manager, possibly Saints. Both can offer the finances he'd want to invest in the squad.
