Pre-match pub with Sky Sports?

Hello.

I'm 99% sure there's nothing, but are there any pubs with Sky Sports within waking distance of the Mad Stad?

I'm coming with a mate to watch Reading v Everton (Saturday 17 Nov 2012) and we'd like to watch the first half of the 1245hrs Arsenal v Spurs game pre-match.

Ideally we'd like to get parked, watch a bit of footy then walk to the ground for the Reading match... I've had a good search/google and there doesn't appear to be anything except maybe the Holiday Inn!??

We don't have season tickets so I guess that rules out the Madejski stadium bars? Do they show live football in the concourse this season? They did at Anfield (on mute).

Thanks biscuitman. Holiday Inn it is... guess we'll arrive early and park there too. £7 I think.

We're driving from an area SE of Reading so unfortunately going to town first isn't really an option.

You could see the second half in the concourse if you wanted, but the beer is a bit sh*t and overpriced.

Looks like games are/have been shown on the concourse.

TBH when I have wnated to see a game and then go to the mad stad it has always been town first to watch the game then jump in a taxi
