-force fans to undress for searches before entering grounds, -
-bans banners in grounds making any kind of 'political' statement (most banners that would come under these are those attacking the German FA, pay tv sporting channels and the police)
-enables the German FA to remove terraces from clubs/fans that don't cooperate
-reduce ticket allocations for clubs that don't cooperate
This has been rejected by every fan scene and Ultra grouping in German football, and even by whole football clubs, for example St Pauli

A couple of weeks ago every ground in Germany held a 12:12 silence in protest under the banner Keine Stimme:Keine Stimmung (No say:No atmosphere) Here's a few examples of this as well as some other actions:
Nice cooperation between the Home and Away ends with 'Scheiss DFB' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dR4kVQcUT-8
Hertha Berlin protesting against an enforced 'tennis atmosphere' by throwing tennis balls on the pitch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=asG_qxeFM5w
For German speakers Dortmund interviews and protest with a great choreo at the end: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YUTW2-VXT7E
A nice coffin and choreo from Dresden: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p6Fv8gO9AjY
And the following week Dresden enforce their own reduced ticket allocation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czhe8Nuahng
German Football- enjoy it whilst you still can.
