I was just mulling over our new additions before/since Anton took over and they're all decent;
Leigertwood = hit (despite some nobs on here mocking him)
Roberts = hit
Guthrie = hit (now!)
Mariappa = hit
Shorey = hit (at the start of the season)
Pog = hit (can't argue with his hold up play)
Gunter = 50:50
Kelly = probable hit
Cariccio = probable
Akpan = promising
McCleary = hit
Taylor = ?
?Sunzu

Don't think i've missed any senior players.
That's a very good set of acquisitions, for not much money either. This steady building will see the club grow.
I totally love seeing the other clubs around us fritter millions on total gambles which don't pay off.
Villa signed benteke for £8m. He's a good player, but it's all their money on one guy. I'm sure they would rather have that full list above than just benteke. Probably cost the same!

Well yes, but don't forget our lot are probably £200k pw wages though, Benteke will be £25k I should imagine at this stage.
