windermere_royal As it stands at the moment
Southampton 7pts
Wigan 4pts
Villa 4pts
Reading 3pts
QPR 0pts
Villa have a game in hand against Man city and Wigan have 45 minutes to turn around a 3 goal deficit against Liverpool.
Theres going to be some twists and turns to come but looking at QPR`s upcoming fixtures it hard to see them staying bottom for very long.
our horrendous March will probably see us at the bottom come April, we can`t really afford to be more than 6 points adrift of 2nd place.
As good as we made Wigan look last week they really are a poor side and I think they are nailed on for the drop, that leaves 4 teams battling to stay away from the last 2 places.
I am not optimistic, in effect we only have 6 games left given our form against the big teams, arguably we need 4 wins and two draws from that lot.

LUX Wigan now 0 4.
Obviously it is going to be difficult, and Villa not beating City on Monday is important.
But all five clubs are still very much in with a chance. Why not us?
( that's a rhetorical question, Ern, m8).

jellytot If we cannot beat villa we will have to much to do following the next two tough games to
make up ground on those above. The problem is we are not playing well and lack the quality. We are likely to leak goals and we do not take enough of our chances.
It is 100% over if we do not win on Saturday. Hope we do not bottle it again! Our so called big name players(lol) did not turn up against Wigan. No excuses on Saturday.
