blueroyals I'm looking forward to midweek games

This.

I was talking to my mate about how i miss coming to the mad stad on a tuesday night! We played QPR at home on a tuesday a few years ago and won 1.0 after getting a pen near the end, its games like this that i have missed in the prem.

However i am not looking forward to going back to the football league show.

SPARTA Honestly wont miss anything about the Premier League, and didn't last time.

Exactly that.

Today sees a wired sense of excitement. I will miss very little about this season (I'd like us to take Wet Sham into the Chump with us but beggars can't be choosers) but I'm excited what we do next. Adkins has a new style and if he can replicate what he's done at Southampton I will be a very happy man.

If he does do that and we sack him in the January after leading us back to the Premier and half way up I will fooking hate the chairman tho... I would love to see him repeat the success and find out what happened next. Europe I reckon

Manish & Claridge are better than the dickheads on MOTD (bar Linekar)

Steady on.

Claridge is better than absolutely no-one. He may be the same level as the MOTD clique (including LinekEr), but better - I don't think so.

I'll miss feeling a sense of achievement when we get a result. Precious little of that in the championship.

Amongst the glumness of Derby away when we were last relegated, There was one thing that made me smile. A shabby, cardboard banner held up up two or three Derby fans who were on the pitch, which simply read "thank f()(/ that's over". That's the kind of attitude I hope to see from our fans. The TV crying this time around, would be an absolute embarrassment.

(I saved my tears at Derby for the motorbike journey home, to the tune of Sweet Caroline on my IPod....don't listen to music and ride kids, tears and motorbikes are baaaaad!)

There will be no tears from me. I will be happy to see the back of this season and rebuild.

Strangely I don't mind Claridge!
