Not spin... and yes I didn't have to click on the link but even so...

Mark, who sits in row A of the north stand, tells us why he loves his seat at Madejski Stadium: http://rdng.co/14P04BW

This is the first part of a new mini-series - email myseat@readingfc.co.uk , tell us why you love your view, together with any photos, and we may feature it on readingfc.co.uk!

Rumpole Receiving a letter from a twice-failed premier league manager has pretty much put a seal on my intention not to renew.

much like people who spend time informing us of their intention to flounce off this board, why do you feel the need to repeatedly tell us all about this bollox.

A poor imitation of Private Eye's excellent Me and My Spoon feature.

I'd like to participate in this feature.

What do you love about your seat?

It's really close to the exit so I can be on the bus before the final whistle blows. It also enables me to buy a beer at 14:59 and saunter in ten mins into the match without having to walk up a load of steps. If you could do something about the pcunt who sits in the row behind then i'd really appreciate it though.

What would you say is your favourite game that you've seen from your seat?

There have been so many down the years! But I would say the Nottingham Forest game from 2011/12 is up there. Being front row, it was super easy to join in with all the celebrations on the pitch!

Fucking hell :|

'Super easy'? What a twat

There's a video clip on the Facebook page at the moment. Haven't watched it but it looks like Adkins spouting some shit from his office chair. It's entitled:

Free video: Manager Nigel Adkins' message to our supporters.

Free you say? You mean you're doing me a favour not charging me to listen to Nigel's marketing BS? Gee thanks.

They'll be putting up free billboards you don't have to pay to look at next.

thought id bring this back into everyone's lives. i dont remember if this was a Reading FC sanctioned PR thing or not, but a bloody great one if so...

There's another version, but Kingsley's mix in the link above is most definitely the rockiest, most swinging, most god-darn sexiest Reading-FC related track of the naughties and I do not say that lightly

New prince of spin recruited by the club.

This registered particularly high on the bullsh!t'o'meter:
"I was struck immediately by the strategic vision of the Board and its commitment to taking a long-term approach to achieving its objectives."

Had to LOL at some of the quotes from www.readingfc.co.uk on 'what supporters are most looking forward to about returning to the Madejski':

Joe Andrews: All the late drama! Also Golden Gamble, always worth a go!

Andy Tennant: Was there at the food tasting event. Pitch looks amazing!!! Can't wait!

Matt Mills: £4 a pint

Y25 Royal: atmosphere near the score board, and the hot dogs & hot chocolates!

Joe Davery: The voice-over man who shouts "be loud, be proud and back the boys and make some noise! Come on URZ!"

That's very clever marketing from Donny. Think how many shirts they'll sell.

I'd imagine they're more likely to get this sort of thing for every time he isn't picked or, worse, if he takes part in some mickey mouse game and gets subbed off.
