I'd prefer Chapter of Obeisance Before Giving Breath to the Inert One in the Presence of the Crescent Shaped Horns by Nile myself.

The Laurel and Hardy theme, to be played when the opposition score. Together with sustained motivational booing that'll see us back in the Premier Disappointment League quicker than you can say "load of lowest common denominator corporate bollocks."

If they change it to 'Some Mothers Do 'Av 'Em' then I'm in favour!

MmmMonsterMunch What a crap poll. How about give the option of no music seeing as everyone fcuking hates it?!

Look around next time a goal is scored, everyone?

Exactly. I would say at least 80% of the crowd react to it and mostly good. We don't need it but its good to have. Maybe try a new one or even alternate between a few. Best bit about it is it winds up the opposition fans.

See a previous post on this thread as to why people react to the music. They feel like they have to otherwise they're not celebrating. Besides - Most of the time people start jumping up & down (i.e. spontaneously because they want to celebrate the goal - who'd have thunk it??) & then it gets interrupted by the sh1t darts music.

I'm sorry but pretty much everyone I speak to hates it. You don't need a crap song to celebrate a goal FFS. It's absolutely dire & they can't get rid of it soon enough IMO.

Can't say it bothers me too much.
I'm able to celebrate a goal with or without a bit of music.
I'm flexible like that.
