Sanguine You could have just written 'I like United, I don't like Liverpool.'
Smalling doesn't look like a Premier League centre-back (see his 'defending' in the Swansea defeat) nevermind an England one. Welbeck isn't in Sturridge's class, as a forward, at all.

Victor Meldrew I was reading this week that with Mata, Rooney and Van Persie in the same side they would be a threat to all once more and today all 3 played.
Result-the first win in 30 years or so by Stoke against them.
Moyes and Diver Young just came on Sky and said how well they had played-disillusioned or what, when the stats show that Stoke had more shots on target than the champions of last season.
When do Stoke ever have more shots than the opposition?
This really is a fall of epic proportions with them having lost no players from the side that won the title just a matter of a few months ago and a spend of around £65 million on new ones.

The "what" being delusional or deluded rather than disillusioned I"d suggest......

creative_username_1 you'd think a team like the following (i don't really know United strongest line-up) would at least be able to compete. I know this
is a United thread but there are United players in the England team that shouldn't be in the first 11 (Young, Cleverley, Wellbeck).
Carrick really needs to up his game but who else is there for England with experience. Stevie G is a liability now (he'll be 34 with a
dodgy back playing in the heat/humidity of Brazil)
