SPARTA Bournemouth have a decent side, good exciting forwards, and an owner throwing money at the club. Their record signing is more expensive than ours, and we've been in the Premiership three times. Give them a couple more seasons and a stadium expansion and they'll be looked at as a bigger club than us, just as Brighton now are.
incidently...their good form coincided with their inclusion of Ian Harte into their starting line-up

Ah, Kennilworth Rd. What's not to like about a stand designed specifically with monobuttocked leg amputees in mind.

Following the results last night, my mrs told me that Brentford only need 7 points from their final 15 to guarantee promotion. Wolves only need four.

I think I'll lob a tenner on Brentford to be next year's Bournemouth and have a crack at the playoffs from nowhere.

Of any team going up this year I am probably most pleased for Brentford. They have been close a few times, last years couldn't have been any closer and it is a gr8 awayday too.

Griff Inn here I come

Burnley will be up this weekend if they win and Derby don't

Not quite ups & downs but after today's result, I think we can safely count Forest out of the play off running as they can only get 71 points max & that won't be enough IMO.

Now 2 from Wigan, Reading, Brighton, Ipswich & Bournemouth.

I'd have said 1 from Reading, BHA, Ipswich & Bournemouth.

I can't see Wigan - 3 points ahead of 7th place, a better GD and a game in hand - blowing it from here.

We were 5 points ahead with a better goal difference this time last week. Wigan are favorites, but a couple of losses (us an Burlney for example) and they're right in it with the pack.

All that said, at this point, you can't look far past Wigan and Brighton making it.

Was the program that makes the fixture list selections written by an Ipswich fan.

I think Villa might be sucked into it without Benteke or Kozak.

Their other 'strikers' have got four goals between them this season. :|

I would say both Sunderland and Cardiff will struggle to overtake them, with their best chance being beating each other. However Fulham look to have a nice run in, and have found form at the right time. Beat Spurs and you can say its almost all over for the other three.

They have done it again... bloody Fulham

Aston Villa confirm Ian Culverhouse and Gary Karsa have been suspended pending an internal investigation.

You say Cardiff will struggle to overtake them, then you say their best chance is beating Sunderland - fact is, if they beat Sunderland then they are level on points with Norwich (providing Norwich lose all 4) - so then it just comes down to goal difference, which at the moment is in Norwich's favour but who know how many Liverpool will put past them etc

Palace safe from relegation now (though not mathematically)

Gotta say i'm pleased; its nice to see a team, that everyone had down as dead certs to be relegated, to stay up.....makes you wonder if we changed managers earlier last season, if we would have stayed up too?!
