Would Burman get Preity Zinta involved? Could that be a gamechanger?

Teddy is a playboy - I wonder what the women see in him......

She was his fiancé tbf. He's not exactly ugly either. Fair play to him, most of us would be no different.

Not exactly ugly? Reminds me of a young David Sullivan! Vertically challenged, less so horizontally!

Let's hope that's not Dave Courtney in the background.

winchester_royal They're not going to let RFC go bust. But they are going to try and get the best deal for themselves out of any sale. It's just one massive power struggle right now.

Are they going to put some of their own money in then? Bollox are they not going to let us go bust - what can they do about it, ask AZ to pay the debt? :|

Most of the debt is TOO AZ.

This whole TSI/MTI saga is pissing me off more and more and more. MTI, Samuelson's company are vetting prospective buyers who will retain both Samuelson and Obenlsky as board members and get this pay MTI £40k a month thereafter.

What can Burman or Sagi do about this. Can they effectively sack the board, or give a golden handshake. Or if administrators come in will they do the job for us.

I'm furious... I feel that these people are ruining my football club just for there own personal profit

Everything read about Burman sounds good so far but expect that director clause to be a deal breaker hence Sagi is preferred bid. Would be very worried that at such an early stage his concern seems all about the property and land with zero consideration of the impact on the football club let alone priority to progressing the football club. Would need some strong PR work already to keep the fans onside in my view. Looks like we could be another Cardiff or Hull but in little position for anyone to turn down any offer really...

Both are corporate vultures and between the two of them they've been working hard for AZ and not for the long term good of our club, where's all the money gone? The warning signs of Samuelson's ability to move money globally was there for us all to see http://www.gudavadze.com/court.news.christopher-samuelson-denies-money-laundering-allegations.html

SJM is no match for AZ and this pair. At least Burman has made it clear these two will not be having future dealings with RFC should his bid go through.

^^ in which case, those two shysters will refuse the Burman bid, they want in on the board. And I echo everything Clauski says.

almost definitely. When I used to work in insolvency, making the directors redundant was usually one of the first things we used to do (and then ask them for their continued support, free of charge, otherwise it may impact on the report made to the Insolvency Service regarding directors' conduct)

Do the 3 new board members sit on the board where the takeover decision will be made? If so how was SJM able to make board appointments like that?

Sorry to show my ignorance of the club setup.
