BBC Football Fight Club

Documentary on modern football hooliganism:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0 ... fight-club

Some quite funny moments with the Spurs bloke sitting next to his fiancé and he's quite obviously under the thumb and still straining to get back into it.

Also like the conversation between the lads in the pub.

'If all you do is football and work your a bit boring.'
'That's all I do. I've got football, shag, drugs and work.'
'Yeah but you've just said shag and drugs.'

Quite liked the fact that the London bloke is getting his life together with his Mrs and the northerner is single and unemployed and still messing his life up.

The 'Hello, is that West Ham?' meme has cheered me up immensely today

One of the funniest hours on bbc for a long long time.

Sadly for the people being filmed they were not trying to be funny.

Yep. The 'let's sit in a car in the rain for hours waiting for a meet that is never going to happen whilst everyone else goes to the game' bit did not help the tres cool image they were trying to put out.

Enjoyed the comedy of some of it...

the two old mates sat in the pub enjoying a pint discussing their ongoing "offs" with eachother....and the scoreline that they kept.

The likes of the Bury hards being held in the Gigg Lane "nursery" before "graduating to Citeh.....so sad their lives must be...waiting for that honour

Spending time in jail for doing that "posturing" tribal pack-hound thing

Great programme tho'...made me laugh...especially the aforementioned ICF "4 on 4 non-event"

Some excellent snapshots here of football trouble between 1970-1980

I genuinely didn't know this but :o at Man Utd being banned from playing at home for two matches due to football related troubl and playing the games at Anfield instead!

The scariest things to be seen in those pictures is the "fashion" on show - some of those massive flared trousers are hilarious!!!

Being forced to play games at Anfield - the ultimate punishment for Man Utd fans.
