Real Madrid-Schalke is a cracker, currently 3-3 with an hour gone.

Finishes Real Madrid 3-4 Schalke.

Schalke very nearly and maybe should've won 5-3 right at the death which would've sent them through. Gr8 match.

Quality goals in the Porto v Basel match although I'm not convinced the keeper was making the greatest effort to save them.

Yep, ref definitely sent the wrong player off.

The players generally are a disgrace. Both sides....

It's piss poor stuff compared to the FA Cup, but all the stroppiness is quite entertaining. Zlatan's was probably a red card as his high boot connected with Oscar's high shin, but I suppose I can see the point of what the Sky team is saying.

But his tackle was text book, no studs, on the ground. There was contact with his rear leg, but what is he supposed to do with it ? His tackle was neither reckless or dangerous.

Five officials on the pitch and Costa doesn't get punished for that shove

Watched 45 mins of this utter shambles of a football match.

Thankfully back to watching 22 chaps playing on Saturday for the love of it with no money involved.

Yes there'll be some gamesmanship there too but nothing like this bunch of cunts.

Champions League? Don't make me laugh.

How bad were Chelsea.

Performance stank of arrogance.

PSG stood up to the cheating antics of Chelsea and make no mistake it was cheating.

Ascotexgunner Arsenal couldn't pass wind tonight. Monaco were quick and disciplined. Berbatovs touch was superb though still a lazy b%stard. They were a joy to watch. The premier league looks miles behind Europe if you look at the last 2 nights results.

J
Yup along with PSG when they outplayed Chelsea last week

PSG looked fresher than us in the away leg. Definitely down to the winter break I think. Whilst PSG players were resting up on beach somewhere, Chelsea were playing 5 games in 10 days.

Chelsea had a week off!!!! PSG havnt, only had 10 men for an hour as well.

Tuned back in after hearing a shout through the wall to enjoy the last 5 mins. :D

Haven't seen Souness show that much passion since he was breaking someone's leg as a player. He is utterly incensed with Chelsea and Mourinho. Great to hear someone calling it like it is!!

Actually I think he was more incensed at what the British game has become. Hard to disagree with him.

^Yep. Mega-agreed with everything he was saying. Absolutely terrible attitude by the Chelsea players.

Much as I enjoyed and agreed with much of the Souness rant, I thought singling Chelsea out as the true villains of the piece and PSG as the virtuous victors was a bit much.

PSG certainly deserved to go through over the two legs but both teams were an utter embarrassment when it came to gamesmanship.

All English clubs out at the last 16 stage of the Champions League FFS. Looks like Chelsea are going to win the worst Premiership in its history.

The Premiership is just better than the Champions League. Teams try harder.

LOL at ITV mainly. Do they still have to fill up 5 prime-time slots with what is left or can they shove some onto ITV3 and forget about them?
