Reading4eva I think next seasons Championship could be even stranger. Cant see Wigan challenging like that again, think they will get picked to pieces in this window, probably by Martinez.

Here goes:

1. Derby County
2. Bournemouth

3. Reading
4. Millwall
5. Brighton
6. Norwich

7. Cardiff
8. Brentford

21. Huddersfield
22. Rotherham
23. Blackpool
24. Birmingham

This one looks to be one of the closest to the actual league placings, certainly the only one to predict Bournemouth being anywhere near where they are.

Ahem.
Pepe the Horseman Bit too early to predict just yet, although I think Wolves and B'mouth will be top 6.

Having looked at the guesses against the league so far and putting us into a league table of average position away from the current position, we are as follows;

Maffff - 5.67
Watford Royal - 6.17
Melonhead - 6.43 (based on 23 predictions as Wolves don't exist...)
Royal Ginger 6.79
Ian Royal - 6.95
Brooklyn Royal - 7.29 (BR listed the league alphabetically...)
-------------------------------------------------------
Z175 - 7.42
The Bald One - 7.48 (based on 23 predictions as Derby apparently don't exist)
St Brynjar - 8 (sorry Bryn.... but...)

I'll take that

I've not included those with partial predictions (top/playoff/bottom teams only)

Reading4eva I'm shocked all of you feel Millwall will go down. I can see them finishing in the top 6.

They have Ian Holloway who is an expert of getting the smaller clubs (Blackpool, Crystal Palace) promoted and motoring.
Also their turnaround last season was nothing short of remarkable, being one stage 4 points below Yeovil.
He will probably also sign some of his old guard there, who are not the best players in the world but are team players.

Given I acknowledged mine as a tentative guess because it was too early... I'm pretty chuffed with that.

What Mr reading4eva seems to have described is Ipswich.

It's all tentative Ian, I'd take anything better then alphabetical

If simply posting the teams in alphabetical order (i.e. random) is 7.29

I don't think 6.95 is remotely "good".

Amusingly I stuck a tenner on a Watford-Boro 1-2 at the start of the season. You can imagine my heartbreak at Boro's beating on Saturday!

It's still possible.

I've put 50 quid on Charlton 19-0 Bournemouth at the weekend.
