Interesting comment on the OS regarding ST sales

Seems that we have MORE season ticket holders now than we had this time last season.

Looks like that is down to the new price banding and they did say that they hoped to rope back in a lot of the 21+ age group who had stopped coming. Hopefully it's not just a load of free under 5 tickets been snapped up !

After the season we had last year I'm surprised we have upped the number of STH.

Under 5s hardly add to the number. When I got one on the last day of offer the advisor said they shifted just over 250 of them.

It would be interesting to see the breakdown of full price ST, I suspect the new age band has helped massively offset the expected drop in full price tickets.

We've bought 1 fully intending to only use it occasionally because it was so cheap.

Got a season ticket for the first time in a few years this season and although I've lucked out on sitting next to a tolerable bloke with a well rounded metered view on football, there did seem to be a lot of pint-sized full kit oxf*rd about. May have been because first it's the first home game of the season of course.

Spoke to ticket office today and we've got 12k+ STH's so far and rising.
