genome I can't think of many other than Gylfi and Long that have gone onto have successful post-Reading FC careers. Maybe Sidwell?

The only success Sidwell enjoyed at Chelsea was when his wage packet arrived in his bank account. In every other respect his presence was utterly irrelevant.
Did he even receive a medal? There was a time when not all squad members did.

genome Yeah fair fooks probably a bit revisionist from me. Long is doing well in a good Southampton side though, I'd wager he's faired better than Doyle.

KC Royal On a similar theme, over the last few years i've often thought of those players that have gone on to do well at a similar or higher level to the one we were at when they left. This is the list I came up with, a total of 11 since Wembley 95.
Hislop
Primus
Osborn
Adie Williams
Tyson
Henderson
Adam Lockwood
Hahnemann
Doyle
Sigurdsson
Henry possibly
