Can't blame people tbh, you have to be a bit of an idiot to spend X amount on getting to fukking Wolverhampton the day after Christmas, especially considering you could watch it in the comfort of your own warm house, drinking nice alcohol and eating leftovers.

There's never any trains on Boxing Day, that's why they've arranged such a local fixture for us.

I went last year and did feel quite uncomfortable in the town centre, they don't really welcome any away supporters in the pubs.

Serves people right for wearing replicas.

It's one of the most unwelcoming places to go to which in some ways has its own appeal. I'd rather like Reading to be a bit more unwelcoming, although not to the scale the likes of Wolves and Millwall take it to. Not sure I'd like to see our lot give a chap a bit of a kicking and have a load of twats watching on, 70+ year old granddads and all chopsing away.

Went last year on a bit of an epic with floyd, got there at half 11 knowing away fans weren't welcome in any town centre pub but with no doormen on the pub doors we so slotted ourselves in a quiet corner of the Billy Wright and put on our best black country accent when ordering at the bar.

Went to the George Wallis and did the same, yam orr ryte. It got easier after a few Speckled Hens at £2 a pint.

My old boss lived there, though he was actually from Dudley, but his wife was Wolverhamptonish and I can confirm they were both oxf*rd barely mustering half a brain cell between them. She was fit tho.

I have been to Wolverhampton only once. Fortunately it was a business visit, so I did not have to seek to enjoy myself. It is the sort of town which must have been invented so that dwellers in others are made to feel that their own are not so bad after all. And that's not even taking account of the people who live there.

I work in Brum and there are a load of Wolves fans there. They're saying their club is in turmoil at the moment, with the owner looking to sell, key players being either injured or recalled from their loans, and them having to play a large proportion of very young, inexperienced players. They are apparently crying out for an experienced midfielder to show a bit of leadership as the heads seem to drop when they concede.

Most Wolves fans are dreading most games at the moment, especially having just capitulated to Leeds last weekend.
Get yourselves up to Wolves to make some noise and put them under more pressure if you can!
