Can't argue with that motto, it suits the club pretty well at the moment.

Not sure you can have the 'lack of' part tho, going by the Pardew era 'tenacity, spirit and fLOLair' you can only have 3 words like so.

So how about, 'apathy, inability and ineptitude'?

We can go with that. There is no one-word antonym for Tenacity... Unless its simply 'Reading'.
