I think Sondico were my first pair. First decent pair were Patrick.

Then moved onto about three successive pairs of Le Coq Sportif with alu studs as standard. Used to go to France to buy them as you couldn't get them in the UK at the time. After that pretty much everything except for Nike as the fit is too wide. Loads of Adidas too and Puma

First Astros ever made (I think) were Hitec Astros. Brilliant shoe.

No Fixed Abode Maybe these?

These are the closest I can find. Same style of toe stitching and sole just about 8 years too early.

No Fixed Abode
6ft Kerplunk A succession of no-brand 2 or 4 stripe boots when properly young. A few pairs of ok Mitre boots around the time they decided that you needed 7 studs not 6. Then thanks to our U15 manager owning the local sports shop a pair of fairly decent Adidas boots which I thought were Adidas Littbarski but a quick google suggests not. They had a sole a bit like Adidas World Cups but without the red horizontal stripe bit. Any ideas?

i DUNNO. There were plenty of similar Adidas boots around at that time. Like the Kaisers.

He're something a bit retro for this thread.

Ah happy days sat on the doorstep rubbing this into my golas and then washing my fabric goalkeeper gloves with the rubber dimpled grips :)

Can't find any images of my first pair but they were a pair of black (obvs) dunlops with a steel toe cap.

Something like these but a bit more plain.

I threw my last pair of boots away a few months ago as had fallen to bits and for the first time since I was 4 I don't own an actual pair of proper footie boots :(
