Millsy
Pepe the Horseman Any suggestions as to why he brought Dann on four minutes into the three minutes of added time?

I think he was sent up front.

Clueless desperation quite frankly.

Yeh, my question was more around the timing. Did he not know how much injury time there was?

I agree. Beyond ridiculous. I think he came on with 23 seconds of stoppage time to go. The mind boggles.

And to think the self proclaimed oracle of Reading yoof football, SCIAG, had the audacity to say to me a while back that Holmes is better than cooper  cooper is ten times the player Holmes will ever be.

‘ Holmes to me looks significantly better than Cooper’

The BBC Berks aren't happy.

Does seem like we got this one tactically wrong today - not sure they were much better than us. Struggling to get too angry though; wasn't expecting the manager change to stop us being shite overnight. The mentality seems to have improved on the pitch - we're not complete pushovers anymore. Think we'll do enough to stay ahead of the shambles that is the bottom three.

Obviously I'm hoping that they find a decent permanent manager asap. But i'm not expecting miracles.

I don't think it was tactics that let us down. We did dominate the second half, after all. We just made so many individual mistakes - poor passes, heavy touches in good positions etc.

Their goal would be a good example. We have a corner - it's poor one, cleared by the first man. They break away, and a brilliant tackle stops the attack, only for a dreadful pass to give it straight back to them. The resulting shot goes out for a corner, then they score from an unmarked header at the back post.

Yeah agreed in the main. Too many attacking players off their game. Other than the set piece (another pathetically soft goal) we defended well and the shape was better

Just huffed and puffed going forward without ever really looking like scoring

Lack of subs was terrible management. It was crying out for Ovie and Meite about the hour mark. Ovie did some good stuff in his few minutes and Meite didn’t even touch the bloody thing. Pretty annoyed about that

Anyway summarised by another bang average team turn up, get gifted a soft goal(s) and then we don’t have the quality to get back in the game. Every single bloody game almost

Meite had a serious injury. Might be cautionary. Pauno said a 33% chance of injurying himself again. Needs more time.

An extra 20m isn’t going to make much difference. Probably more dangerous just bringing him on for 5-10m here and there rather than an extended period and then a rest

Seeing the highlights - 3 defenders against cooper and he still gets a clear header. Desperate stuff

In view of what's happening elsewhere in Europe, women and children dying, I found it shameful watching the taking of the knee, have they no self awareness or do they really think only black lives matter?

What a load of shit. We concede from a corner again. Ince keeps his son on because he’s his son. Whilst Meite is on the bench. Misplaced passes all over the place. Joao unable to trap the ball.

Really bored of the absolute lack of professionalism around the club.

Pepe the Horseman Any suggestions as to why he brought Dann on four minutes into the three minutes of added time?

Gilksy told ince them folks on hob nob are saying you haven’t made enough subs.

He didn't need f*cking HNA....the fans were chanting it.
There is a reason Ince hasn't been a manager for 8 years.....and it's right there. He's useless.
HTF do you keep a player on who is doing f-all whilst one of the most threatening players festers on the bench.
Did he f*cking realise even both their left sided defenders were on cards?.....
I've given up. We are going down but please let it be Barnsley that stays up and not the cheating bankrupt c*nts.
