Armadillo Roadkill I'd say the Spuds are up there just behind Chelsea and Arsenal in terms of "supporters" around the Reading area. Expect a lot of people all around you who think their knowledge of and passion for football is much better than yours because they "follow" a PL side.

I've only seen two spurs shirts in Ascot....and that's a father who clearly was inflicting the misery on his son.
Arsenal/Chelsea/United/Liverpool in that order and bizarrely PSG who seem to be more popular than Madrid and Barca nowadays......Spurs shirts are very rare....and looking at their rather pathetic record in the league last season it's easy to see why. If only one of the useless 3 that came up survived.

No Morell either - assume we are no longer interested? I'd sign him if Knibbs is off which may be the case from recent JJ interview.

rabidbee
Sutekh
rabidbee We’re driving down to Cornwall today. Don’t suppose we’ll have an online commentary this week, will we?

Presume you can listen to it via BBC Berks on the BBC Sounds app for free, or pay the club a fiver to listen to the same commentary on the Reading FC App courtesy of RoyalTV or both in an attempt to cover the cr@p digital signal coverage you get everywhere outside of the South East.

That is presuming Berks do actually cover the game live rather than talk ad infinitum about rowing and horse racing again

I subscribe to the audio stream, which they charge for across the summer, and which is supposed to include all first-team fixtures, so I was surprised there was no stream from Gillingham. Hence why I’m asking today.

Tim has just said full coverage rather than full commentary on todays game. On RFC's website go to matches and then match centre. Has a listen live option.

Wtf was that from O'Mahony. Should've been a red.

Now that is an impressively cynical foul from O'Mahoney. And a load of old play acting from the Spurs player.

As with last week: “ERROR”.

Fortunately, there’s no embargo on BBC Sounds.

We look very light upfront and in the middle.

Assuming the rumoured incomings are true, we still need a goalscorer IMHO

Yeah. Garcia is a skillful player and he works hard and runs all game closing down, but he's just not a winger.

Kelvin has the talent, but hasn't stepped up yet and O'Mahoney has had no service in preseason. Sackey is no Knibbs, who we're missing right now.

Knibbs and Elliott fit, a second striker and a real RWer and we're good. Assuming Burns is only off as a precaution

Son looks like he's retired.

Liking the look of Borgnis, Ahmed and Okine-Peters is putting himself about nicely.
