Hound Jacob played for hull the other day so no injured

Clearly an injury was rather exaggerated, but I doubt he didn't have any injury at all from Carlisle

Well yeah he prob had a knock of some sort. But being as he is fit again start of Jan it has nothing to do with him being returned

At least I can say that I was there to see MOM's last goal for Reading (v Carlisle) and also his final appearance (v Peterborough) where he seemed to be exceptionally useless

So, it`s gone very quiet, with Marriott and Keane on board do we really need him still here? no word from the club and I`d imagine Brighton aren`t too happy with him not getting game time.

I thought it was stated that Brighton refused to take him back because there was no interest from any other club to loan him back out. He's never going to get into their first team so there's no incentive for Brighton to recall him.

So I suppose his options are find himself a non league club for Brighton to send him to (doesn’t sound like they’ve any real incentive to do so) or hang around here on the off chance he’ll get a game due to 2 or 3 injuries to our front line

Tbh we may as well keep hold, play him u21s and hope he finds some sort of form to become an option

Yeah, with season long loans, we can't end it only Brighton can recall him. I'm sure conversations have been had and given we are likely paying some or all of his wage, Brighton aren't going to want to pay that for no reason (yes I know they will be relatively minted but why pay something you are not currently contractually obligated to) so he stays here, works hard and sees what happens.

He enters the last year of his Brighton deal this summer, so will almost undoubtedly be sold off or loaned then released at the end of it as he is very unlikely to ever hit PL level.

He's in Ireland, and the Irish league season is about to start with the transfer window closing on the 22nd. Any chance he's going to sign for a club over there?

I don’t think he’s as bad as we've seen him be. Bad start, fans on his back, confidence shot, quickly replaced with a far better player.
