I agree, and I'd also hope that this ref doesn't make it that far.
If I heard correctly Beckenbauer slated this ref after WC 2006 for being too card-happy.
edit - on reflection he got the Belhadj red card correct.

It is disgraceful. Their Government did the right thing to pull them out of the tournament. To then be banned from the the next two tournaments is wrong.
