Contacted them this morning and just had a reply telling me they're upgrading their system but "hope to have the cards sent out some time next week".

I'll keep you all posted with regard to developments.

I'd feel pretty aggrieved. I'd write a harshly toned email, and copy in the Daily Mail...

Still nothing by the way, but by the vague "hope to have it done sometime next week" promised was as vague a deadline as I give to people and I rarely meet those either.
