Rev Algenon Stickleback H Holloway's no tactical genius. He just keeps it simple and knows what works at this level. I don't think he could build a team that could get out of this division though, except maybe scraping into the play-offs, and would probably see any promoted team torn to shreds.

Rodger's tactics, on the other hand, would probably work better in the premier with different players, but it's hard to see them working in this division with players who've never played 4-3-3 in their lives.



think you're right there. also think you're probably right about BR who's probably used to working with better, brighter footballers who're used to more complicated/sophisticated training managers.


So it begs the question do we have the wrong players or manager then? It's a bit like the Marek debate, he's too "advanced for team mates to read!"
