He's been very restricted in the transfer market at Blackburn, and rumours are out there that he's grown very frustrated. His reported (assuming that's accurate) budget for this summer is £3m.

I would think West Ham, who although cutting the purse strings, are still a more ambitious club in the transfer market, could be quite appealing for him.

Not sure how West Ham will like his bully boy lump it style football though.
