Anyway, anyone who bad mouths the Europa league can suck on

Villarreal v Bayer Leverkusen
Athletic Bilbao v Valencia
Liverpool v Manchester United
Sparta Prague v Lazio
Borussia Dortmund v Tottenham

Those 5 are potentially great games. Big clubs, some wonderful players, a nice eastern european team of which we know little and skin head racist italians. Wunderbar.

Real Sociedad's home record against Barcelona is amazing.

Very odd but then that's what happens when you mistake the European Leagues thread for the Europe league thread.

I was actually referring to nothing about the Europa league stuff last night. There's some spazzwankery about disabled people on the Liverpool thread, but even outside of those narrow interests, the Bilbao game was great.

TBF Citeh's win on Tuesday went pretty much unnoticed too

I'm not sure whether to blame the general demise of HNA or the fact it's on BT Sport now and nobody's watching it

Yeah, good point, Europa league on ITV4 for six hours was always good value.

^^^ It's this isn't it. Are the finals on proper TV or not anymore?

Fantastic win for City and agreed it went largely unnoticed. Massive hysteria over the LIverpool win but then that's not surprising when there is an over-representation of ex Liverpool players in high profile media jobs for some reason.

Good to see Carragher having a barny about Jason Cundy last night - didums doesn't like it that someone who supports another club are allowed to have an opinion.

I think they're still on ITV, so not quite proper TV but I get your drift
