I don't think the concourse space is too much of an issue, or at least it wouldn't be if it wasn't for the growing obesity problem in this country.

Perhaps thats why the Club employs such dinlows behind the counters...

Less food served = less weight put on by supporters = No need for concourse improvements!!

Concourse improvement costs probably outweigh selling a few less pies.

Alternatively, more money spent on paying the staff would result in a better standard of staff and so quicker queue movement due to less complaints and being understood the first time.

But that's not how the business model for contract catering works.

I didn't mean you were being sarcastic, I meant RG30 was being sarcastic about the sardine tin that is Anfield nowadays.
