Snowball I did not the word "probably" the coward's get-out clause for later.

Probably excuses a goal, maybe two. Any more and the poster is revealed for precisely what he is.

Please correct me if I'm wrong Snowball, but weren't you having a pop at Ian Royal a few weeks back when he stated that he thought one of our young keepers WILL surpass Federici at some point.

I'm sure you caveated your own opinion as being something that might, may or would probably happen.

Snowball Why do you and so many others think the only reason to be on HNA is to score points of one another?

Why do you keep trying to score points around Long having scored x amount of goals etc etc then? You reap what you sow Snowball.

Ref Long. That's not scoring points, that's EDUCATION.

Maybe the next time the mongs will be a little less quick to slag off a player.

Worringly, I think you actually believe that.

Nothing to say on the 'cowards way' then? I really thought you'd got over the immature name calling and posturing but it seems that you still stoop to that level when you don't like what you read. It's a shame as it really detracts from some of the sensible stuff you come up with.

I'm seeing people on here talking about £3m-£4m. Long's contract expires in 2012; if he leaves in the summer expect that to bring down the price.

I have no issue with our players wanting the chance to play at a higher. So long as he continues to give his best in a Reading shirt, doesn't throw his toys out of the pram and hence leaves on good terms, I won't have any issue with Long if he leaves us in the summer.

It would be interesting to see how he adapted to the Premiership; I get the feeling that he's working with a club, team and manager who all bring the best out of him. I'm not sure he could reproduce his current form away from Reading. Equally, his game is based upon pace, strength and workrate. His touch has now improved to an acceptable level for the Championship, but it's not exceptional and I'm not sure the attributes listed above will be enough to impress in the Premiership.

From his view he has to try stepping up and seeing if he's good enough though, or he'd reach the end of his career wondering "What if?"

Remind me, what is "mongs" short for and what does it signify?
Also, remind me, please, what your occupation is. Isn't it something like college lecturer or university professor?

So we can live in hope now that you better understand probability theory following your total and utter beasting on AE?

I agree, I also think this about Kebe as before Mc D he looked very ordinary under Coppell and Rogers.

I guess it depends on what club comes in for him. You look at sidwell and shorey, they've taken a while to find a club that plays them regulary but then you look at Hunt and Doyle and they've played regularly ever since they've left. I guess it's about stepping up but not stepping to far that you don't get a game.
