handbags_harris For me it's got to be Roy Hodgson, anyone who doesn't vote for him seemingly is being blinded by his current plight at Liverpool. Hodgson has actually not only been a relative success at home but also abroad, and has won trophies overseas, something not many English managers can claim to have done. Given the time I am fairly certain he will be a success at Liverpool. Unfortunately I can't see him being given that time.
Hodgson > Redknapp IMO. Close, but Redknapp's lack of trophies (one FA Cup?) and all-round credibility swing it in Hodgson's favour.

Royal With Cheese LOL at Alan Pardew being included in that. Really scraping the bottom of the barrel.
