It appears that Barcelona's 44 yr old coach, Tito Vilanova, who had a cancerous tumour removed from a gland in his upper neck a Year ago, may have suffered a relapse. If thats the case, he could well end up retiring on ill health grounds, thus paving the way for Guardiola to return after his sabbatical.
