Anyone else's offspring get another "new starter" goodie pack in the post instead of the "renewal" pack they were expecting?

Had nothing.
As a STH are they automatically a member of Young Royals or do you apply for that separately ?
I've not recieved mine yet

Good work by Sara at RFC - had a reply to my email on Monday and received the correct packs on Tuesday.

No idea - enrolled step-brat in August and since then have received the sqaure root of bugger all despite asking three times for it to be sorted out.
