back to the "I thought I had 3 years" garbage, "my plan was to have us at our best in 3 years time."

"I never realised if I didn;t get results I wouldn't see three years"

"what i learn't was you need to sor out a short term plan as well as a long term plan"

So, brendan, you didn't think relegation was a problem to be considered and avoided? or did you just honetly believe you were too good to be relegated? The championship and league one are full of teams that were too good to be relegated

Least he's sticking to his guns though, whether he's right or wrong he seems fairly honest.

LOL @ that idiot thinking he needed 3 years to see us "at our best", and our chief scout walks in and gets us there in the space of a couple of weeks.

brendan now saying west brom and newcsatle were the 2 best teams in the league

is that why they both humped us when he was manager

is that why we have played west brom 3 times since and they have yet to beat us?

I thought he would have liked to say more about his time with Madejski, with the comment that he had "great support from the staff at Watford and the Chairman was fantastic", but that at Reading he had hoped that he would be "Given the time"............................but not many, if any comments about the "greatness and support" from the chairman.
